This was a really good stay for well worth a visit with reasonable prices. The jewel in the crown was friendly attentive and excellent staff. The location was unbeatable and absolutely incredible, not far from the' Lakes and Grange-over-sands, and the free parking was an excellent bonus.

Modern, traditional property. Handy location, nicely decorated double room with the bedroom and a view over fields plus central heating. Walking distance to the bus stop, 10 mins. The hotel of choice in Grange-over-Sands.

The staff are absolutely excellent and amiable, and the host too. The units are functional, modern with great bathroom.

Enjoyed my very relaxing stay for 2 nights. There was a lovely garden, lovely setting in lake district. Also, St Paul's Church was 2 km away.

Beautifully decorated and well-equipped unit with a separate huge bathroom, big bath, a good view.

I appreciated this quiet little hotel and would absolutely stay here again. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with yoghurts, cheese and toast for the full English breakfast.

The room was functional and new-fashioned, we would come there again. Everything was modern during 4 days, thoroughly enjoyed its perfect location near an old pub with friendly staff and fantastic food, storage space or places to put luggage and the Lake District which will probably be October/ Novemberish.

Exceptionally comfortable hotel, really enjoyed its efficient staff and amazing breakfast. We booked double room and it was new-fashioned. The views across garden were great. The location of the venue was unbeatable, to from the motorway network. All in all our stay was really good, no reason to complain.

Absolutely fantastic and superb breakfast and the staff was efficient. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, to the central Lakes, and the bed comfy.

The staff were friendly and personable, the room was clean, the roll top bath was amazing. The food was fabulous, best breakfast ever. Convenient location, 20 mins from Bowness. Lovely sympathetic refurbishment of an 18th century inn, not over gentrified. Huge comfortable bed, great sleep. Dog-friendly with candlelit dining room and two snugs.

The venue is placed in a central position to make sure you book tables for restaurants. The staff are attentive and accommodating. The rooms are new-fashioned and relaxing with spotless bathrooms.

This hotel was great place for exploring Grange-over-Sands, loved it. All the facilities were great.

The location offered was ideal really close to Grange Over Sands and the Lakes, central Lake District, and Cumbria for. The unit we got was a nice size with a lovely bath, the bedroom, as for instance. Enjoyed our trip here and would come here again.
